We offer free shipping throughout the contiguous United States on most orders.

Many products are configured or made specifically for you. Approximate lead times are shown on each product page.

Shipping

Orders ship from our showroom in Middletown, Rhode Island using the carrier best suited for the shipment. Depending on the order, we may use USPS, UPS, FedEx, or a freight carrier.

Tracking information is provided when available.

Custom Products

Custom doors, windows, shutters, and other made-to-order products begin production only after your final specifications have been approved.

The approximate production time shown on the product page begins after final approval.

Freight Deliveries

Large products may ship by freight.

If your order requires special services such as liftgate delivery, inside delivery, restricted access, island delivery, or other extraordinary freight arrangements, we will contact you before processing your order.

Local Pickup

Store pickup is available from our showroom in Middletown, Rhode Island.

If you would like to pick up your order, simply write "Store Pickup" in the order notes during checkout. We'll contact you when your order is ready.
