Custom Products
Certain products sold by Classic Door are manufactured or configured specifically for your project, including custom doors, windows, shutters, and other made-to-order products.
When you purchase a custom product through our online store, your order is reserved and the specification process begins. Within 30 days of purchase, you must complete a consultation with Classic Door to finalize the details of your order.
After the consultation, we will prepare a Final Specification Document for your review and signature. This document confirms the specifications that will be used to manufacture your product.
You may cancel your custom order at any time before signing the Final Specification Document.
Production does not begin until the Final Specification Document has been signed.
Once the Final Specification Document has been signed, your custom product is released to production and will be manufactured according to the approved specifications. At that point, the order cannot be canceled, modified, or returned.
Product Information
We make every effort to accurately describe and photograph our products. Due to differences in wood grain, natural materials, finishes, lighting, and monitor settings, the appearance of the product you receive may vary slightly from the images shown on our website.
Installation
Unless specifically stated otherwise, products are sold without installation. Customers are responsible for verifying that products are suitable for their application and for following all installation instructions.
Limitation of Liability
Classic Door's liability is limited to the purchase price of the product. We are not responsible for incidental, consequential, or indirect damages, including labor costs, installation costs, delays, loss of use, or damage resulting from improper installation, misuse, or modifications to the product.
