Custom doors, windows, shutters, and other made-to-order products may be canceled within 30 days of purchase, provided the Final Specification Document has not been signed.

After purchasing online, the customer must complete a consultation with Classic Door within 30 days. Classic Door will confirm the order details and send a Final Specification Document for review and signature.

Once the document is signed, the custom product goes into production and will be delivered as ordered. The order can no longer be canceled or returned.
