Emtek Replacement Hinge Screw Size Guide

If you are replacing missing or damaged screws in an Emtek door hinge, start with the hinge model or size. Emtek’s current replacement-screw chart groups its hinges into three common screw sizes.

Important: Emtek lists its replacement hinge screws as steel. Classic Door also sells individual solid-brass wood screws in these nominal sizes. Solid brass is not the same material as steel, so do not treat it as an automatic structural substitute for every hinge application. Match the size, head/drive style and finish, and use the material appropriate for the installation.
