Next time you go to The Nitro Bar off Broadway in Newport, take a look at the door. It’s a beautiful old varnished door with polished brass hardware and interlocking brass weatherstripping. We tuned it up years ago when Nitro was still getting started.

Nitro started in Rhode Island in 2016 with a homemade coffee cart built in a basement. Today they have three shops, 70+ tap locations and more than 500,000 TikTok followers. One of their videos reached nearly 17 million views.
